How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original condition (as it left our site) to be returned, unless there is a defect. You must report and return the item within 14 days of your purchase and the customer pays return postage on any items that are not faulty or damaged on arrival.
1. Please email us with an image if your item is being returned due to damage or is faulty, otherwise simply email us with your request to return your item
2. We will provide you with the correct address to post your item too.
3. Please include in your parcel a way for us to identify that it is your order, ideally a copy of your order confirmation, otherwise the full name and address of the recipient (please include a telephone number just in case)
4. Once the item arrives back with us we will issue the relevant refund, we can do this automatically unless you paid over the phone, in which case we will need you to call us with your card details to issue the refund onto.
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not usually be accepted for return or exchange, though this is subject to our discretion. This includes items that have been made to order (custom sizes) or personalised. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have concerns.
Goods may be exchanged at our discretion but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs
